Tracie Noriega

Tracie Noriega is currently in her 20th year in Education and currently serves the students of New Haven Unified School District, as the Director of Assessment and Evaluation, and as one of the chairs of the district’s Equity Council. Equity and Social Justice have been her foundation and ensuring that all students are provided opportunities and challenging systems to allow for student success has been a driving force in Tracie’s work through all venues. Prior to this role, Tracie served as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Elementary Principal all within this diverse district in Union City, California. Along with her district duties, Tracie is an adjunct Professor for Concordia University, Irvine in the Educational Leadership Program. She also is the President of the Filipino-American Educators Association of California (FAEAC), the statewide umbrella to local organizations, that provides resources for professional development and curriculum.

Tracie has a B.A. in Liberal Studies from CSU Sacramento and an M.A. in Education Leadership from CSU East Bay.
